Safehouse Sports ("we", "us") publishes the Safehouse Sports podcast. This policy covers this website andSafeHouse, the internal tool we use to publish our own podcast clips to our own social media accounts.
This website
This website does not use accounts, cookies or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them routinely. Embedded players from Spotify and Apple Podcasts are provided by those services under their own privacy policies.
The SafeHouse tool and Google user data
SafeHouse is used only by the Safehouse Sports team. It is authorised by the owner of the Safehouse Sports YouTube channel and accesses only that channel. It has no other users.
With that authorisation, SafeHouse:
- uploads our podcast episodes and highlight clips to our YouTube channel and adds them to our playlists;
- posts and pins comments on our own videos, and posts replies to viewer comments that a team member has approved;
- reads the channel's own analytics (views, watch time, subscribers, estimated revenue) to decide which clips to make;
- reads comments on our own videos so the team can respond to viewers.
The OAuth token is stored only on our own server. Channel statistics and viewer comments are kept on that server for internal reporting. We do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
SafeHouse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. SafeHouse uses YouTube API Services; see theGoogle Privacy Policy.
Revoking access and deletion
The channel owner can revoke SafeHouse's access at any time atmyaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete data we hold, or for any privacy question, email safehousebusinessenquiries@gmail.com.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
